About us & company history

After your order for letter printing is placed and your payment has been
received, we will need all of the components of your mailing campaign
(body of your letter, artwork and mailing list) to create your mail
piece. You will be emailed copies of your proof for your final review and
approval within 1 to 2 business days. At that time you may make any necessary
adjustments to the proofs or approve them if they are acceptable. Once your
proofs are approved we will begin production of your order.
Letter setup falls into 3 categories:
- #10 non-window envelope: Provide us with the return address to be printed on your envelopes. If the return address includes graphics, please email a high quality copy of your graphics file (minimum 300 dpi, 600 dpi recommended) in tif, eps, pdf, bmp, or Photoshop format.
- Message on your envelope: Short messages can be printed in black ink anywhere on your envelope free of charge as long as it does not violate Post Office regulations. We can also print short messages in red ink for a nominal fee.
