Embedding your fonts for export
There are thousands of fonts available on both Mac’s and PC’s and it can be difficult to ensure that each of our customers have access to the same fonts and can display images properly. When digital art is supplied with missing fonts we cannot start production of your job. Fonts are a very important part of your design. To ensure your design stays true, fonts must be "embedded" in your file.

Using software to embed fonts

- Embed your fonts. This is a method commonly used when creating PDF files, remember to save it as Press Quality PDF file
- Convert fonts to outlines. Adobe Illustrator, CorelDraw and most professional design programs can accomplish this task.
- Include font files (this is recommended for advanced users only). You must be able to find and copy the fonts files from your computer and submit them with the file you send to us.
- When Saving a file as an EPS file, you can embed the fonts right in the file by going to File>Save Page as EPS >click options>On the left side of the dialog box choose>Fonts to embed or Select All
| If a font is not embedded you may encounter unexpected results. Fonts and paragraphs will shift and your font will be replaced with the closest match on our system yieding different results. Embedding a font is basically including and locking the fonts when your file is saved to ensure what you see on your screen as far as font format and spacing stays true.
