Non-profit postage

If you have your own non-profit authorization, we can do a mailing using your non-profit authorization number; so you would receive non-profit rates. You must complete the following Post Office form and fax it back to us:
    USPS form 3623

You must also fax us a letter of authorization on your company letterhead, which allows us to use your non-profit status to complete the mailing. Your letter must include the following:

  • Your non-profit authorization number
  • The Post Office location (city & state) which issued your non-profit authorization number
  • In the body of your letter, state that you are requesting an additional entry at Pasadena CA, to grant permission to Information Technologies Inc to complete a mailing with your non-profit authorization number at Pasadena CA.
  • The letter must be signed by an authorized individual in your company.

Fax the USPS form 3623 and your letter of authorization to (800) 498-4946. In approximately 2 to 3 business days authorization will be received form the Post Office which allows us to do your mailing.
