Single window envelope / letter guidelines

Envelope: Single window #10
Letter: 8.5 x 11

If you’re using on a single window envelope, the yellow area must be left blank for addressing. The address will need to be printed minimum of 1.25” away from the left margin. Therefore if you’d like to have your address aligned with the text of your letter, make sure to use a 1.25” margin on the left side.

If you followed the above directions correctly your envelope address will fall perfectly into the window of the envelope. You will now be within the post office guidelines to mail your piece.
