List verification

We only accept CSV mailing list.

We offer two methods on how duplicates are removed from the list.

1. DeDuping based on the address only: This method will net you a list that you only have one record per address so you won't be sending multiple mail pieces to the same address. This is the most common and recommended choice if you are mailing to consumers. Therefore, if multiple records are sent to the same address but with different names, only one individual will get the mail, not everyone. The person receiving the mailpiece will be chosen randomly by the program. You can not apply any further logic on who should be chosen. 
2. DeDuping based on name & address: A record will be considered a duplicate if two records have the same person's name and address. In this process a full name is used, you can not choose to only focus on the last name. This option is commonly used when mailing to larger businesses where you want your mail piece delivered to multiple people in the same address/organization.
